About the coaching process:

Marcie helps her clients become more effective in their existing positions, transition to new assignments, and achieve greater balance in their lives. Having transitioned through three major career changes herself, she now coaches clients through the phases of exploration and transition.

Through a process which includes assessments on personality, values, and 360-feedback, Marcie practices inquiry and dialogue to help clients discover blind spots, set goals, overcome fear, and change behaviors resulting in increased productivity and satisfaction. Clients generally meet bi-weekly for one 50-minute session in person or by telephone. In addition to one-on-one clients, Marcie also coaches small groups of individuals with a common development interest such as discovering career path or improving delegation skills.

Clients include industries such as Aerospace, Information Technology, Biomedical, Financial Services, and Not-for-profit.
